Here we have a charming example of mid-century Omega design: the Ref. 2418.61. With its stylized Art Deco lugs and slightly larger case profile, this piece blends classic proportion with just the right amount of wrist presence.

The vertically brushed dial offers a beautiful interplay of light and texture, serving as a refined backdrop to a pair of elegant dauphine hands. It's a dial that rewards closer inspection, exuding a quiet sophistication.

Powering the watch is the Omega Caliber 245, a manually wound movement that delivers a notable 45-hour power reserve—an improvement over its predecessor’s 38 hours. It’s a movement that represents both reliability and a step forward in Omega’s post-war caliber development.

Condition-wise, this watch presents beautifully. The case shows only light hairline wear consistent with age, while the dial and handset remain in exceptional condition, with minimal signs of aging.

This example includes its original vintage Omega box, original strap and buckle, and is currently fitted with a brand-new handmade top-grain leather strap—adding a refined modern touch.
