The 61GS family is the first group of GS automatic movement beating at 36000bph.
Stringent regulations were imposed on the 61GS family which were regulated to the Grand Seiko standard of -3/+5 sec/day at the time of production.
The 6145-8000 features the highly sought after "Grammar of Design" that can be seen across different Grand Seiko.
With a lovely classic white dial and a beautiful multifaceted case, this 6145-8000 can be worn on different occasion with just a change of strap.
Without a quickset day feature on the calibre 6146,the calibre 6145 is definitely a preferred calibre when setting the watch. The absence of the day complication also allows the watch to appear more symmetrical.
The watch is in mint unpolished condition other than patina developing on the dial.
The watch comes with a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
