King Seiko 44-2000 from 1965

For sale is a King Seiko 44-2000.

The King Seiko 44-2000 marks the transition from the first to the second generation King Seiko with the same case design from the 15034.

The 44-2000 is also the first King Seiko reference to have the Seiko logo back at 12 o'clock position and the King Seiko brand logo at 6 o'clock.

Equipped with the new calibre 44, the calibre received a much needed upgrade of hacking function that allows a more accurate time setting.

The watch case is in excellent condition with the top left lug slightly bent from it's original position. The watch dial is free from any signs of aging. Light aging can be seen on the hands. A brand new crystal has been installed for clarity.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained calf leather strap.
