The Ladymatic was among the first self-winding timepieces created especially for women when it was first created in 1955.
Measuring 22mm in diameter and 9mm thick, the Omega 566.001 features a domed acrylic crystal and silver sunburst dial that is perfectly complemented a pair of broad sword hands for the ease of time telling.
Powered by the Omega 681 calibre, The date can be manually advanced by moving the hands to and from 9pm and 12am.
The famous Omega hippocampus logo can also be seen engraved on the caseback, making it more sought after by collectors.
The watch case is in excellent condition with common hairline scratches seen. Light aging can be seen on the dial and hands. The crystal is free from any visible scratches.
Serviced in January 2020 the watch movement is in immaculate condition and ready to be worn for a prolong period before the next servicing is required.
The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
