The Seiko 6106-8100 features a slim cushion case that is identical to the case of the 6117-8000 GMT.
With a 70m water resistance, the 6106-8100 is hardly a true diver but still remains highly collectible by collectors due to its aesthetic.
The term "Tropical Dial" is widely misused by plenty of sellers around the world but a true tropical dial remains highly elusive.
The example offered here has developed an even golden brown tone on the dial which is imo a lot more charming than the original silver dial.
The watch is in mint condition other than some light wear on the bezel insert.
The watch comes with a brand new 19mm nato strap.
