Highly sought after for many reasons, the 62 Seikomatic is the predecessor to the first vintage automatic 62 Grand Seiko calibre with a short production run of 2 years.

The 6245-9000 features a clean bezeless case with beautiful multifaceted lug. The watch also features a beautiful stepped dial that gives the dial extra depth. All these features unique to the 6245-9000.

The watch is in mint condition with common hairline scratches seen on the case. The dial remains pristine with minimal signs of aging seen. The embossing on the caseback remains highly visible with light wear seen on the lion medallion. A NOS crystal has been installed giving clarity to the beautiful stepped dial.

Prices have skyrocketed thanks to the reissue Grand Seiko SBGR095. The 6245-9000 having the date only complication and lion medallion is definitely the piece to go for if you are looking for something similar to the reissue.

The watch will come with a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
