Seiko Dolce Vintage 9521-5020 from 1982

For sale is a Seiko 9521-5020.

Making its debut on the second page of the Seiko's 1982 catalogue right after the Superiors, the Seiko Dolce line eventually took the first page in 1983, starting its reign as Seiko's main line for high accuracy quartz up till 1989 when Grand Seiko made arrival to take the first spot once again.

The Italian word "Dolce" can be translated as "graceful" and this can be seen through the aesthetic of the whole Dolce collection.

Measuring 4.7mm in thickness, the Seiko 9521-5020 is a thin integrated bracelet watch that exudes elegance through its dial design, albeit cased in a sporty case.

The watch is in well worn condition with hairline scratches seen on the case and bracelet. Signs of dial damage can be seen at the bottom of the dial. The crystal is free from any scratches.

The watch comes on its original bracelet that fits up to 6.5" wrist.
