Seiko EL-330 3303-8110E from 1973
For sale is a Seiko 3303-8110E.
The watch features a smooth sweeping seconds hand powered by a battery instead of a rotor or manual winding of the crown.
This makes the watch perfect for those who enjoys smooth sweeping seconds hand but find it a hassle to keep their watch running with kinetic energy.
The EL-330 family was only produced for a short period between 1972 and early 1974 before the Elnix family came into the picture.
The date can be quickset by the pressing of the crown but no quickset option is available for the day.
Moving to the face of the watch, we are greeted with an alluring gradient textured dial similar to Kira-zuri.
The 3303-8110E is also one of the rare references from Seiko that never made a single appearance on catalogs.
The watch is in immaculate condition with little signs of usage seen other than minimal hairline scratches on the case. The hands and dial are free from any signs of aging.
The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
