For sale is a Seiko 3883-7019

Nicknamed the "Morpho" dial, the dial of the Seiko 3883-70XX catches the heart and eyes of many with it's depth and varying shades.

The shade of the dial changes with the altering of the direction of light. The edge of the dial is arrayed with tall sharp applied indices that further essentuates the definition of the dial.

The amount of effort paid to the face of the watch can be further seen through the AR coated tinted crystal and the dial colour matching day/date wheels.

With such an eye catching dial, many might forget about the case finished with well defined lines. The case uses Seiko's Hardened Stainless Steel (HSS) with a Hv score ~450. This added hardness allows the watch to be more scratch resistant. The usage of HSS is not marketing gimmick as most case made of HSS hold up well after years of usage.

The bracelet also receives the extra attention with the tapered beveled edges.

Powered by the highly revered calibre 3883, the watch earns the "GFA" (Grand Fine Accuracy) label with an accuracy of ±1s/month at is time of production.

It is worth noting that that the 3883-7019 "Morpho" we have for sale is an extremely rare export variant of the already rare JDM 3883-7000 "Morpho".

The watch case is in immaculate condition with little signs of usage seen. The dial and hands are free from any signs of aging. A brand new NOS crystal was installed.

The watch comes on its original bracelet that fits up to 8.25" wrist. The original box will also be included in the sale.
