The Seiko 9940-8000 is a time only watch that features a silver vertically brushed dial that is complemented by thin stick hands and indices.

The Seiko 9940 calibre powering this watch is an ultra-high precision watch with an annual variation of only ±10 seconds at the time of production. This precision is achieved by having an additional quartz crystal to assist in timekeeping when temperature fluctuates.

The watch is brushed finish with the bezel and sides of the case mirror polished for extra depth.

The watch case is in excellent condition with common hairline scratches seen on the case. The watch dial and hands are free from any signs of aging. The crustal is free from scratches.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
