For sale is a Seiko 7546-7040.

The Seiko Silverwave family is widely known as the first group of Seiko watches suitable for diving (or light diving).

The 7546-7040 features a space blue dial the changes its shade under different lighting. The contrasting white printing and hands creates a contrast with the dial giving great legibility even in low light settings.

Luxury sports watches with integrated lugs and bracelet have been gaining popularity in recent years. With a dodecagon bezel and integrated lugs, the overall watch design of this watch reminds many of Gérald Genta's design language as seen on Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.

True to how most Silverwave are like, the 7546-7040 features a screwdown crown and caseback.

Being a JDM Seiko the watch has an English/Kanji day wheel that is highly sought after by collectors.

The watch case is in well worn condition with scarcthes and nicks seen on both the case and bezel. No obvious signs of aging can be seen on the dial. Light signs of aging can be seen on the lume of the hands. A brand new crystal has been installed for clarity.

The watch comes on its original signed bracelet.
