Seiko Type II 0923-5010 from 1975 (NOS)

For sale is a Seiko 0923-5010.

Seiko has always been a watch company that draws its inspiration for dials from the nature. A recent example will be that of the Grand Seiko SLGH005;nicknamed "White Birch", the texture of the dial supposedly resembles the bark of the White Birch tree.

Adorned with a unique textured dial, the dial of 0923-5010 will remind many of the texture of a tree bark; displaying the spirit of dial design Seiko had since the early days.

Powered by the calibre 0923, the watch features a quirky 3 fonts English/Kanji day wheel.

Measuring 35mm in width and 42mm lug to lug, the heftiness and construction of the case allows the watch to sit well even on those with wrist bigger than 7".

Being a "New Old Stock" (NOS) the watch is in mint condition other than tool marks on the back from strap replacement done by the previous owner.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather.

Serial number has been covered for privacy.
