Measuring 23.2mm wide and 37mm from lug to lug, the Universal Genève 542128 has an identical case width as the men's vintage cartier tank but the longer lug to lug length makes it more favorable for those with a bigger wrist.

Unlike the rounded case of Cartier tank, the 542128 features a sharp rectangular case with faceted lugs that gives the watch a sharper look.

The sunburst dial is finished in light bronze that goes well with the gold case.

The dial is kept clean with just the Universal Genève printing and logo accompanied by slim baton indices at 3, 6, 9 and 12.

Powered by the Universal Genève calibre 42, the handwound calibre beats at 21600bph and has a power reserve of 43 hours at the time of production.

The watch case is well worn with hairline scratches seen and slight loss of plating on the edge of the case. The watch dial and hands are free from any signs of aging. The crystal is free from any scratches.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.

Serial number has been covered for privacy.
